Old Tyme Baseball Shirt by Dandelions N Dungarees
/Hey, it’s Serena, here to take you out to the ball field! Have you ever wondered who sews the cute little baseball jerseys? Well, I always thought there was a sewing fairy that made it all happen, because they looked way too difficult for me to tackle. Look at all the details...
Once assigned this review, I was first excited, then the next moment I was frightened, but Dandelion’s n’ Dungaree’s made it an easy project with the ‘Old Tyme Baseball Shirt’ Pattern. This pattern comes in 3 different sizing groups, NB-18mo, 2t-7, 8-16, and Adult XS-XXL or there are even bundle options!
The sizing is comparable to ready to wear; I sized up for both kids and they definitely have room to grow into the shirts jsut as I had hoped. The pattern suggests piping but other trims can be used instead or even without; included is a ‘create your own piping’ tutorial. This was my first piping experience and I was nervous but the tips and tricks in the pattern were awesome! Tons of pictures in the pattern to explain each step to the T.
We love this pattern and my kiddos were so excited to go to the ball field in their new duds. Pick up your pattern over at www.dandelionsndungarees.com to make your own!
