Sarah Unthank
Sarah has been a member of the Pattern Revolution since 2013 and began operating the blog in January 2017. She is the mom to two beautiful girls and a Great Dane named Sheldon. Sarah started sewing after taking a job at a fabric store to help pay for college and found a renewed interest in sewing once her kids were born. As a full-time working mom, sewing is her outlet for creativity and sharing her love of fabric and sewing with her girls. Sarah is dedicated to blending the age old art of sewing with modern technology and tools this and future generations of sewists.
Robin Hill
Robin created Pattern Revolution in 2013 as a way to encourage women to grow in their sewing skills and to promote designers who make learning to sew in the modern age accessible. She is a stay at home mama to three little munchkins. In the wee hours, when all is finally quiet, she sneaks into her sewing room for some therapy. Currently Robin and her husband are running Panacea Brewing Company.
Suzanne Winter
Suzanne is a professional photographer based in central PA. She enjoys sewing, blogging, and crafting in her 'free time' - HA! Life with three kiddos under 3 keeps her running, but she swears that stress and taking on more than she can handle simply make her more productive. Suzanne coordinates the Reviews for Pattern Revolution and is Robin's right hand partner in crime.

Kari Steiger
Kari lives in North Carolina with her husband of 8 years and is a lucky mom to two gorgeous girls who love her creations (and modeling them) as much as she loves making them. She loves to surprise us with creative details added to patterns. Kari also has her own blog, That’s-Sew-Kari and is the creative assistant for Little Lizard King. Apart from sewing, she is also a preschool teacher with her own posse of fun-loving 3 year olds!
Trisha Parker
Trisha is a stay-at-home mom to three kids. She loves to try anything new, and some of her hobbies include sewing, crocheting, knitting, soap making, photography, and cake decorating. She learned to sew from her mom over 20 years ago and it's one of her favorite pastimes. One of her favorite quotes is "A clean house is a sign of a broken sewing machine."
Crystal Motes
Crystal is a mommy to her two awesome kiddos, a wife to her fabulous hubby of 5 years, and an occupational therapist living in sunny Florida. You can usually find Crystal at her sewing machine first thing in the morning before her kids wake. She loves to sew, craft, DIY, and photograph and she blogs about it.
Lisa Magaoay
Hello I'm Lisa, I'm a stay at homeschooling mom to my two kiddos. I live in Northern California with my husband of 16 years. I learned how to sew 15 years ago when we bought our first home, sewing slip covers and home decor items. My sewing interests changed dramatically in 2010 when I had my daughter. Since then I have been obsessed with sewing children's clothing.
Rachel Ring
Hi! I’m Rachel and I’m excited to be joining the Pattern Revolution team. I am a native East Coast-er, having returned to the wilds of New Jersey with my husband and two (fun and exhausting) kids after 7 years in New York City. I’m a lifelong crafter and ran a handcrafted jewelry business for about 8 years. I fared miserably in middle school home ec, though, and was convinced for years that sewing was not for me. My parents bought me a sewing machine for my 31st birthday and the rest was history. I love knits, upcycling, and vintage buttons; dislikes include cleaning my sewing space and taping pdf patterns. Nowadays I sew mainly for my kids – a girl who loves bright colors and a boy who loves anything with a car on it – but I’ve been working on my own handmade wardrobe lately too.
Gloria Richardson
Gloria is a wife, mother and grandmother, who loves to create and craft for family and friends. Retired from the 9-to-5 grind, she now spends her free time sewing, traveling, gardening and nurturing a small flock of chickens.
Maryanna Powell
Maryanna has always loved being crafty and often sewed pillows and stuffies as a child. She has been serious about sewing for the last six years and is currently using her grandmother’s vintage 1978 Bernina. Maryanna loves making clothes and other fun things for her nieces and other family members in addition to blogging at MarvelousAuntieM. She lives on a boat with her husband and one adorable miniature schnauzer.
Merav Ruthman
Hello! My name is Merav and I am so happy to be a blogger here at Pattern Revolution. I have been sewing children patterns for over three years and I love manipulating fabrics into everyday-wear and one of a kind designs. I am a self taught seamstress, with a huge of love for PDF patterns.
My company, Baby Hobbes Design was created for my daughter Haley, nicknamed Hobbes-she came second to our now 10 year old Calvin-the Beagle pup. Hobbes is my inspiration for all of my creations. We often choose fabrics together and discuss pattern placement. I love designing and watching her develop her own almost 7 year old style. I also dabble in boy clothing for my almost 3 year old son Liam and hoping to move into woman's wear in 2017.

Keep sewing!

Rebecca Wilkerson
I’m a wife and mother to three young children. My husband has been making my dreams come true since we got married. My mom taught me to sew when I was a child and confesses she was often mad at me because I would be sewing when she wanted her machine. When our youngest was 9 months old my husband bought me a sewing machine and that is when my sewing skills took off. I rarely sew fall and winter clothes for my kids because I spend all early fall sewing coordinating Halloween costumes for the whole family.

Kimberlee Franklin
I’m Kimberlee, wife to my best friend, Matt, and mother to my precious daughters, Brylee and Lydia. Together as a family we enjoy gardening, hiking, camping, board games (I can rock some Battleship and Yahtzee!), and bike riding. We are also really involved in our church and actively minister and do life with our Junior High group.
I started sewing in middle school when I purchased my first sewing machine with my allowance money. I started Harper Creek Boutique in April of 2013, and fell even more in love with sewing after having my first daughter later that year. I am a big fan of bright colors, ruffles, bows, and anything to add that girly touch.

After my daughter was born I was bound and determined to learn how to sew even though I was TERRIFIED of the machine!! One lesson, picking the brains of some great seamstresses I met online, and a whole lot of YouTube later, I'm here today with my little boutique business, pattern testing, and blogging! When I get a little break I enjoy sewing for myself too :)

Mac is a wife and mom of one preschool daughter and a toddler son (which keeps her unbelievably busy), but in her (limited) spare time, she likes to hide in her sewing cave and work until she's created something awesome! Mac picked up her first sewing machine in mid-2015, taught herself to sew through YouTube, PDF pattern tutorials, Facebook Sewing Groups and Craftsy tutorials — and hasn't gone a week without putting in work to improve in her craft. She's also thrilled to be a member of the Pattern Revolution team!
Marnie Durbidge
Marnie lives in Sydney, Australia with her husband and three children. She loves to sew and really began sewing regularly after becoming continually frustrated spending money on clothing that didn’t fit well. Marnie is particularly fond of sewing with knits and makes the majority of her own clothes, as well as her daughters. Her facebook page is Horris and Deedle and she blogs very occasionally when time permits at Horris and Deedle.
