The Shark Bite Top by Ellie and Mac

Hey Everyone!!  Rebekah from Rebekah Sews!  Here for another review of a cute pattern.  I love making things for summer. Today we are looking at Ellie and Mac’s Shark Bite top for girls!!  

This super easy and fun pattern ranges from size 12mo to size 14.  It features a draped corner on either side creating a what looks like a “shark bite” drape.  It comes with all sleeve lengths so it works not just in the summer too. There is also an option to color block the sides adding even more fun.  

I have to say I love the look of the new layout of the pattern instructions. I’m not sure when it was done but it is awesome with the addition of many tips and definitions!   This pattern is very easy to sew and great for a beginner. It took me about an hour from start to finish. I honestly would have made many more but hubby seemed to think packing for vacation was a little more important.  

This will definitely be a go to pattern on my list!  Easy and cute to boot! Did you know it comes in Women’s sizes too?  I will need to get that one for sure and make me a couple!!  Have fun sewing this one, it’s a winner!
