Women's True Beauty by Ellie and Mac
/Hello! Heather from All Things Katy!, here! Today, I’m reviewing Ellie and Mac’s Women’s True Beauty Pattern. One of the things that I really enjoy about sewing for myself is the fact that I get to try new patterns and styles. This time, I’m branching out and trying the off-the-shoulder Ellie and Mac’s Women’s True Beauty Pattern!
Ellie and Mac’s Women’s True Beauty Pattern is sized for XXS-4XL, includes three sleeve lengths (short, ¾ and long) and four skirt lengths (tunic, above knee, below knee and maxi). For a point of reference, I sewed up a size Medium, tunic length Ellie and Mac’s Women’s True Beauty Pattern. I did NOT modify the pattern for my height (5’-0). I used a mystery rayon knit that I received in a mystery box a while ago and I had just enough fabric (with some creative cutting).
I have to admit that I liked wearing the Ellie and Mac’s Women’s True Beauty Pattern. The off-the-shoulder neckline (enclosed elastic casing) stayed put after an evening of wear. I felt pretty and feminine while wearing the top. The Ellie and Mac’s Women’s True Beauty Pattern is a fun, flirty pattern that can be dressed up for date night or dressed down for a day of shopping and running errands.
Here at PR we don’t just model clothes, we use them in our day to day lives and adventures! Today Maryann is showing us the Around the Block pattern by Ellie and Mac in some serious action on the slopes.
