Create HOPE Designs September Sew A Long
/We are so excited to be teaming up with Hopeful Threads this month to help support their September project, the Create H.O.P.E. Designs Sew A Long.
Create H.O.P.E is a non profit shop that sell patterns donated by designers for only $5, then all of the funds go right back into worthy charity projects.
There are so many great reasons to participate, and if super cute $5 patterns aren't enough to get you to hop right on the bandwagon, then you should check out all of the incredible prizes being offered by Hopeful Threads and the project sponsors HERE. Dang, those are some sweet prize packages!
Look what we made!
This is the Ruffled Diaper Cover by Lily Bird Studio. Seriously, is there anything cuter than a ruffled up baby booty??? Yeah, I didn't think so!
And this is the Lucy's Little Flower Tunic and Dress by Izzy and Ivy. I added my Perfect Bow and Baby Proof Sash you can find free HERE. This is such a fast sew, and comes out looking so cute.
What will you sew this month?
You have the entire month of September to sew up any pattern from the Create H.O.P.E Designs shop to take part in the Hopeful Threads Sew A Long. To be eligible to win prizes, just upload your photos HERE.
Sew A Long with Pattern Revolution!
One of my favorite patterns in the Create H.O.P.E Designs shop is the new Aivilo Charlotte Mommy and Me Color Block Totes. You get both the adult and the child version for just $5. Crazy, right?
Well...Guess what??? I wrangled Lisa, the designer behind Aivilo Charlotte, into doing a sew a long with us here on the Pattern Revolution blog in conjunction with the Hopeful Threads sew a long. This bag is perfect for Halloween trick or treating, teacher gifts at Christmas, or even a little selfish sewing just for you. So, got get your pattern and your fabric- you know you want to sew a long with us! We'll start sewing on September 23rd and finish on the 27th, just in time to enter your finished bags pics in the Flickr pool over at Hopeful Threads. Since you've got a bit of time before the sew a long starts, grab a few more Create H.O.P.E. Patterns and sew them up while you're waiting!
Meet us back here 9/23 for the Tote Sew A Long!
Happy Sewing!
