Hello and good morning to you! Today we are looking at this oh so sweet pattern by Handmaiden's Cottage called Tattered petals and pettiskirts. The pattern range is 2t-8 and has 3 patterns included.! The over dress the pettiskirt and the tattered petals flower! Awesome right! Elastic neckband and no buttons means easy on and off ! Self dressing for the win!!

This pattern is such a sweet pattern for little girls. Full of ruffles, flutters oh the twirl!! The size range is 2-8 HOWEVER make sure you measure and not automatically make what size you normally do for your little one in the bodice. My little one wears a 6/7 normally however the finished bodice in her size was 2t. This pattern is a “peasant style” so its loose fitting . I love how the pattern shows you to do the bodice so the bottom of the flutters are inclosed in the sides .

If my little one would let me dress her in ruffles everyday, I would in this dress. Its so sweet. The pattern was easy to make. Its screams tea party to me.! My little girl asked for a knee length version so she could wear it to school with leggings and still be able to run and play without worrying about stepping on her dress. The pattern was easy to navigate just how much to “take off” in length to be able to do so.
