Zippers Zippers Everywhere! And a Boo! Giveaway

So, I hope you have been enjoying this week of zippers!  Monday we had a great Exposed Zipper Tutorial, Wednesday an awesome tutorial to replace buttons with a zipper, and Friday we saw a fun way to practice zippers with an easy zipper pouch tutorial.

As you are getting more confident in your zipper skills, we want to share some great patterns with you to use your knowledge and growing zipper stash!

How about the Love Notions Maxine Pants and Skirt - a great pattern that will help you grow in adding zippers as a fashion detail rather than a functional part of the pattern.   this is a pattern to play with metal, jean and decorative zippers.

How about the Zander's Hoodie by EYMM This is a great asymetrical zip up hoodie - perfect for the changing seasons and all the members of the family (that's right it comes in adult sizes too)!  This pattern will expand your knowledge and comfort with separating zippers (the easiest zipper to install in my book!)

The Spring Lilly Dress by Ellie Inspired is a beautiful spring and summer dress that will get you so excited that you decided to tackle an invisible zipper.  I swear you will LOVE them!!!

BAGS!!!!!!!!!!  Bags are such a great way to use and gain comfort with zippers.  I love pretty much every Swoon bag, but the Vivian Handbag and Traveler is one I think I HAVE to make this summer.  This bag will get you comfortable with bag zippers and also lets you play with color and zipper width.

I made my first wallet this year - and I am in LOVE!!!!!!!!!!  Emmaline Bags has many amazing wallet and purse patterns to choose from.  The Necessary Clutch Wallet is not only beautiful, but it is also functional and has a wonderful zipper pocket inside.  This area is great for using any zipper in your stash, just make sure the width isn't too slim!

Boo Designs has three great patterns that will allow you to show off those exposed zippers you love so much! And they are giving away a pattern pack to one lucky winner!!!!!!!!!  Make sure to going in the Boo! Group on Facebook to take full advantage of this awesome online community.
