Today, I'm reviewing the Becky Dress by My Childhood Treasures. This dress has an attached bow collar which gives it a sweet and unique look. There are two options. You can choose to make this dress with a single layer skirt or a double layer one. With this bright print, I went with the single layer version.
My daughter is a fan of the bow on the bodice and when I look at her in this dress, I'm reminded of what a great gift I was given the day she was born.

*Supply list, suggested fabrics, and 2 pages of sewing terms
This is a beginner level pattern and goes together quickly. The instructions are clear and easy to follow with accompanying pictures showing the different steps. It also has a lined bodice and closes in the back with buttons. If you don't feel comfortable with buttons and button holes, snaps could easily be substituted.
I did add top stitching to the waist and I would like to see a modeled picture included with the pattern. These are just my personal preferences and there are pictures on the designer's web site.
