Hi y'all! I'm Kara from Sweeter Than it Seams and I'm here today to talk about the Simone from Victory Patterns.

I am in love with the back of Simone! I love the deep racerback instead of a wide racerback, it shows off the shoulders.

This pattern ranges in size from 2-16 and the fit is very good; just be sure to follow the measurement chart. This pattern is printed on 29 pages.

I chose to make the tank version, but there is also a dress length option.

This pattern is an intermediate level of difficulty. For the most part, it is not a difficult sew. The pleating on the front can be a little tricky, so take your time there.

The instructions require a zipper to be put in on the side of the top. I completely skipped the zipper because my fabric is pretty stretchy, so a zipper really wasn't necessary.

The reason I made the Simone is because I participated in the Skirt Fixation Mystery Fabric Swap. I had fun sewing this tank and will for sure make it again.
