Hi, my name is Stephanie from Sew Van-Tastic and I'm addicted to PDF Patterns. I have more than I could ever possibly sew up. I just can't help myself. At least it's not the kind of stash that my husband can inventory takes up much room in my studio.

Naturally, when I heard about One Thimble, I was intrigued. A PDF e-zine that contains EIGHT PDF patterns with full color photo tutorials and instructions. And that's not all! They also have lots of tips and techniques, as well as business tips from leading professionals in the industry! All for only $25! That's like $3 per pattern! What a bargain! If you're not an addict like me, they also have their patterns available for individual purchase.

Upon flipping thru the first issue, I stumbled across the K.I.S.S. dress and fell in LOVE!

I just KNEW I had to sew this up for my sweet girl. I had my reservations because this is an Australian magazine, and I did not know what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised. All of the instructions were clear as could be, and all the measurements were even translated in to inches for us Americans!

I just LOVE the sweet neckline on this dress. The neckline reminds me of a flower. Right now it's Summer in Australia, but I found this pattern perfect for layering! The weather in Texas is CRAZY right now, so I really am loving versatile pieces like this!

The back of this dress is really functional. It's very adjustable, with a casing, similar to a pillowcase dress. I really love that it's going to fit my girl for a long time to come!

Aside from the value, and how CUTE this dress is, my girl LOVES it, and that's what really matters! Winter or Summer, beginner or advanced seamstress, this is the dress for you!
