Aspiring Designer: Gracious Threads
/Hello all! Thank you for having me here as part of the Aspiring Designer Challenge. My name is Jess; you can find me at Gracious Threads.
I want to share with you my latest pattern: the Henday Zip Up Hoodie. The Henday Zip Up Hoodie is a slim fit zip up sweater with two versions. The first is a hip length hoodie featuring welt zipper pockets, perfect for a boy or girl.
The second first is geared towards the divas in your life: a cropped hoodie with a wide hem band that ends at the natural waist. Both versions have the option of inside cuffs to keep your child toasty warm.
The Henday Zip Up Hoodie is a perfect back to school staple, and can be made from a variety of fabrics: fleece, cotton fleece, interlock, cotton lycra, french terry, and velour! The welt pockets make this pattern an intermediate level, but the cropped version is simpler and can be successfully done by a confident beginner.
