One Thimble Issue 13 Release
/Seeing that our friends from the land down under are getting ready for their summer and One Thimble is an Australian publication its only fitting that the clothing patterns featured in this issue fit their climate. It doesn't mean that the folks in the nothern hemisphere can't have fun with this issue of One Thimble too. I used two patterns from this issue to get my looks and I think they really fit in terms of the weather we've been having here in Montreal, Canada.
I started off with One Romper by Filles a Maman, then I saw Orbis Skinny Harem by Sofilantjes and knew I had to make a pair of those too! I then made a t-shirt using the One Romper pattern to pair with Orbis. There you have it, two of my favorite designers in one outfit!
JubeJube is dressed in the One Romper by Filles a Maman, and Amelia in Orbis Skinny Harems with a tee made with the One Romper Pattern.
The snaps (or buttons depending on what you like) are not just a fun detail, the also help in getting dressed. JubeJube has ordered more of these...she says she's to comfortable to wear anything else. This pattern also includes options for side seam pockets, short length romper, and a simple t-shirt.
Orbis is such a fun desgin, perfect for the child that want to be comfortable but have a certain style. The options on Orbis, with or without pockets, long pant or shorts (to the knee) length.
Loving all the fun details that can be added with top stitching and fun snaps and buttons.
And it doesn't end with these two patterns, I promise there are a lot more surprises with crafts and sewing patterns in this issue on One Thimble!
