Princess Witch Costume

Today we are continuing our focus on Halloween with Nacole's Princess Witch.  This is a perfect costume for any little one who wants to dress in a pretty princess dress but has a little mischief and magic up her sleeve.  After all, Halloween is the one day you can truly be anything you want to be!

Hi there! Nacole here with my Halloween creation for this year!

My daughter has a love for witches for some reason. She has been some form of a witch for the past 3 years for Halloween. This year she decided she wanted to be a “Princess Witch”  (whatever that is haha)

When she told me what she wanted I knew exactly what pattern I was going to use this year. For this Princess Witch costume my little one has requested I used the Azure Party Dress From Ainslee Fox Boutique Patterns.  It matched exactly what I was looking for.

Now I gotta say this is the PERFECT Princess pattern!  I followed the pattern as instructed except for the zipper in the back. My little one is not a fan. I just added buttons and loops.

The outcome of the pattern and just a few spooky fabrics and the “Princess Witch” was created and turned out perfect!

I love the feeling of having Halloween done before that mad rush at the fabric stores.  This Halloween look at your patterns in your collection and add some minor adjustments to make a regular everyday pattern into an awesome one of a kind costume for your little one to stand out.
