Jacket and Cape Round-Up

We are officially moving out of sweater-weather and into full blown winter.  The W word.  As a recent transplant from CA to OH, I am not sure I am ready for my first "real" winter in almost 10 years, but I know with a little sewing, we can all be ready to stay warm and toasty this season.

Our team has been busy getting their little ones ready and are sharing their winter weather wear with you today.  First up is the Hasting Vest by Jilly Atlanta.  This is an adorable boys vest with a v-neck and round neck option and a side button closure. Shae shares her version below.

Next up is the Veritas Cape from Heidi & Finn.  This is a poncho style pattern with a high/low hem and a cowl or hood option.  I think I need one of these in my size.  Kim shares her version below.

Serena's version of the Veritas Cape.

Merav sewed up the Fairy Jacket by Ellie and Mac.  One added bonus of this cute jacket is that it's amazingly quick to sew up.

Marnie sewed up this unBEARably cute Wild Thing Coat by Twig and Tale.  Perfect for your little bears that don't hibernate in the winter!

With a little sewing, you too can be ready for the winter!  It's not too early to get started!
